The apartment is split over 2 floors, with 2 balconies facing the canal. It comes with a modern kitchen, wooden floor and under floor heating throughout the property. Your room is located on the lower floor and you will share the bathroom with Andreina (see bio below).

Location:

The apartments is located in a quiet, green, sweet spot along the canal, 2min away from Kingsland Road and at the intersection of many trendy areas such as Shoreditch, Angel, Dalston and London Fields.

Flatmates:

Eleonora - 31, Italian, graphic designer. Passionate about everything creative, like movies, art, music, cooking, good wine, traveling and sport. Always up for a chat and a good laugh. Volleyball player and, of course, spaghetti lover!


Andreína - 32, Venezuelan, graphic designer. Fan of going on long walks around London and finding cool spots in the city. Interested in art, photography, stand-up comedy, cooking, reading, swimming and hiking in good weather. Love a yoga class after work and watching movies.

What we're looking for in a flatmate:

If you're a party animal, and the kind of person who invites a bunch of people over after a night out, I'm afraid this isn't for you. Not that we're not fun, we love to hang out on the balcony with a glass of wine and have a laugh as much as the next person, but our house is our home - not a student flat.

We just want someone nice, thoughtful, honest and respectful, that contributes to keep the space we share clean and cozy for everybody. If you work long hours, then you'll find calm and refuge with us. We love long conversation, going for walks, going to the cinema, watching Netflix, reading and generally being normal. If you're thinking 'thank god', then we think we'll get on (:

What the landlord is looking for:

Must be able to provide previous landlord references, proof of financial stability (i. e. salary of at least £27k a year and no debt) and employment for a number of years.

Couples are not allowed, we're afraid. If you have a partner who you expect will be over a lot, that is also not preferable as landlord doesn't want more than 3 people in the flat.

No subletting is allowed.

Please note the current lease is due for renewal June 1st, with a potential increase in rent. Landlord has been reasonable in prior years (+5% in 2023, no change 2022).
