Nice double room in social De Beauvoir townhouse

Hi there!

We've got a large, semi-furnished double bedroom in De Beauvoir Town as one of our flat mates (me) has decided to start living with their partner.

Fair, I think, but that does leave my great flatmates with a room including bed/storages space on the bottom floor of our spacious three story, four bedroom townhouse. Going up to the middle level, there's a great open plan kitchen/lounge area and the upper floor houses the other two rooms. There are two bathrooms, one on the lower and upper floor respectively.

We've also got that green private back garden you see in the pictures where we have hosted birthdays, BBQs and drinks. It can also be used a very relaxed place to read (it's quiet!) or do exercise. We've also got a front garden which tbh mostly consists of gravel and a hedge, but does house a very handy storage locker for your bike.

You'd be living with 3 other people. Two girls (English & French) and a guy (Irish) who all work in town for 3/4 days and from home for the other one or two. Jobs range from florist to data scientist, so as diverse as it gets.

We’re looking for someone who is happy to have a drink or pub roast from time to time as a flat but is also clean and respectful of everyone’s space.

Transport wise, it's a 5 minute walk to Haggerston Overground with connections to H&I, Old Street and Liverpool St. De Beauvoir Town itself is a quiet neighbourhood which is just a short walk to Dalston and with several great pubs, coffeeshops and cafes in the area too.

Rent is £1115/month, which includes bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
