Cozy double in HUGE house with garden and BBQ

Hi there!

Sadly I have to leave to my bedroom in the BEST house-share of London (no exaggeration).
The bedroom is located on the top floor of a 4-storey house that will be sharing with only 3 people.
The lower ground floor has a massive kitchen with all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you might need (including pizza oven!), a TV area with 3 sofas, a terrace with a huge barbecue and a garden.
The first floor hosts an enormous living room with desks to WFH and a video projector, a piano and a beer machine for the free time!
The other 2 floors are for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The housemates (2 guys and 1 girl - French and British) are lovely and clean. We love to share a dinner or go to the pub (when we could).
The area is quiet and yet entertaining. Tesco and Sainsbury's are a 5-minute walk, where you also have many buses (73, 38, 56, etc...) that bring you to the centre in a few minutes. Angel and Higbury and Islington tube stations are a 15-minute walk.

The rent is £829/pcm + bills (roughly £100 a month), a real bargain for the size and amenities of the house!
