Long term sublet available in canal side flat

Living room

Hi there! We're looking for a new housemate to share our De Beauvoir flat, as our current housemate Nicol is sadly leaving.. We're friendly and sociable and love our area, with a beautiful canal right on our doorstep.

The room is small but super cosy and bright. It comes furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), bedside table, wall shelf and wardrobe. We also have large communal storage for suitcases and winter clothes etc.

We've got a spacious living room, with a shared balcony, that has a view over Regent's Canal.
There's heating in all of the rooms, and double glazed windows, so the house is really lovely and warm to come home to in winter, and has a really nice flow through breeze which cools it down in summer! The kitchen is massive and has everything you need if you like to cook.

You will be living with Eilis who’s from the US, also Steph and Adam who are a couple from NZ/Australia. We also have a growing collection of houseplants!
Our general interests are art, comedy, music, hiking, travel and anything outdoorsy.
We are keen to keep the house social and friendly with the odd post work drink, movie night or dinner out on the deck. We are looking for an easy going, tidy and social professional who is looking for somewhere to call home.

We're right around the corner from a Tesco Express and lots of great pubs and cafes. There are bars, a deli, restaurants and parks a couple of minutes away. Kingsland Rd, Hoxton and Old Street are also within walking distance.

There is a bus stop less than 50m from the front door, with buses going straight to Old Street, Waterloo, Bank, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc. Also a 10 minute walk along the canal is Haggerston overground station.
