Our penthouse apartment sits by Regents Canal, ~5mins walk from Haggerston Overgroundand, with convenient walking/cycling routes to Shoreditch, Angel, Liverpool St Station, Dalston & Broadway Market. Transport wise, there's very easy access to the City, City Airport, and Canary Wharf.

Our favourite part of the flat is our PRIVATE (and MASSIVE) rooftop terrace, adorning views of Regents Canal, Central London, Canary Wharf, and beyond! When the sun's out, you'll find yourself soaking-up the rays on the grassy lawn, sizzling-up the 7-burner BBQ, or simply lounging around on the outdoor sofa & dining set.

Second to that is the large and bright (natural light) open kitchen and lounge area, which has plenty of room to chill out, with a giant flat-screen TV.

You'll be replacing me, who has the master bedroom with en-suite. It's ridiculously spacious, and comes with the bed frame, beside table, and with plenty of built-in wardrobe space. As a bonus, it comes with private storage (as the room has access to the under-the-rooftop-staircase storage area).

You'll be moving in with Leonore who is an easy-going, clean, young professional that enjoys gigs, museums, and finding good coffee. She's sociable and super easy to get along with, and has her own things going on through the week. We often find opportunities to chill-out once a month, or when we're both around and bored, or happen catch each other in our spacious lounge/kitchen/rooftop area.

The third bed room is currently unoccupied, but Leonore has a friend who is interested to also move-in September, so we can arrange for all to meet in-person, during the flat visit.

Either way, if you like your own space, you can easily find your own comfort, within your large and quiet master room, or up on the rooftop.

£1,365 covers room rent, and bills on top usually comes to ~£100pp/month, which includes utilities, council rates, and fast broadband.
