Modern 2bd 2bth - fun flatmate included!

Hello future flatmate!

I am a 29 year old marketing professional from Canada living in London for about 2 years now. I’m super sociable and friendly, but equally respectful of personal space.

Unfortunately my flatmate has to move home, which means there’s an opening in our amazing, lush flat (seriously all our friends are jealous). The flat is basically right on the canal in the cutest area right by shoreditch park and a great local pub 🍻It’s a HUGE, modern open concept flat with not one but TWO outdoor spaces (one right off the bedroom)..and not one but TWO bathrooms (mine is ensuite so you’d pretty much have solo use of the other!). The bedroom is big and fits a desk for those working from home. The room comes with bed, and there’s a wardrobe and potentially a desk/chair available for sale if you don’t have one! It’s ground floor but there’s huge floor/ceiling windows in bedrooms with lots of natural light

- move in oct 1 (potential for a week or so earlier!)
- Price : 925 + bills (170ish/month) + deposit
- We would finish the current lease together (oct-dec 2021) and then sign new 1 year with a 2 months mutual break clause after 6 month from the commencement date of the agreement!
- will need to do reference checks with landlord
