Double Room in Leafy De Beauvoir 🌿

We're looking for a third person to join our calm and relaxed household. You'll be sharing with Jessica from Portugal who works at a start up and Babsi from Germany who works in coffee.

The house is split over three levels with lots of natural light all throughout. The room is the biggest in the house and tucked away on the top floor which means it's very private and you get the best views :)

The room is partially furnished and includes: a wardrobe, two chest of drawers, a bookshelf. You'll need to bring your own bed!

The common areas are a cosy lounge, a fully fitted kitchen (we even have a fancy coffee grinder), a huge bathroom with a bathtub which gets the evening sun, and lots of storage space in the hallway and on the landing.

The right candidate would be someone who appreciates the quiet, leafy vibe of the neighbourhood, someone with a sense of humour, who can tidy up after themselves, knows how to recycle (I'm German, can you tell?) and is generally respectful of others.

Location wise, it doesn't get much better: the canal is a stone's throw away; Dalston, Hoxton, Angel, Highbury are all easily accessible so you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, drinking out, cinema and all the other shenanigans; there's London Fields lido if you're a swimmer; and many many more.

We also have a bike shed outside and a tiny front garden with a bench.

Bills are about £100 / month.
