The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 storey Victorian townhouse with a lovely garden which gets the sun all day, and is a short walk from Dalston Junction.
The house has lots of space and a large shared living room with lots of original features, plus an area where you can WFH and store your bike if you cycle. The kitchen has a double stove and large wooden table where we enjoy catching up and having dinner with friends. We have one full bathroom and another toilet downstairs. There's also a basement space for extra storage of suitcases etc...
There are 3 flatmates in the house at the moment - Kate (26) and Cloe (30) and Eileen (29). Kate works in global health, Cloe in biotech and Eileen for media production. We all have our independent lives, but equally like to catch up with one another and have drinks and dinner at home. Someone who is easy-going, clean and tidy, and enjoys a chat in the kitchen is a must!
The room is available from 10th November but there is flexibility for the right fit to make that a bit earlier (beginning of November).
The bills are in the region of £120 per month, which includes water, gas, internet and council tax & a fortnightly cleaner.
