1 mth short-term let - Large room near De Beauvoir

Large double room available in Islington house, edge of De Beauvoir (N1), off Essex road. Short term, 20 July/20Aug (with some flexibility)

Rent + bills = £1000

About the house:

Ground floor: Entrance (we use it for bike parking) and bathroom with bathtub (that you will be sharing with one of the housemates)
First floor: Kitchen, large dining table and living room, your bedroom.
Second floor: two bedrooms

Furnished: King-size bed, desk, comfortable mattress, chests of drawers, mini-fridge etc.

About us:
I'm the one moving out.
Pete and Alex are very friendly and welcoming and like to keep the house tidy. They both work from home a few days a week. We all have desk space in our bedrooms so we’re not in each others’ way during the day.

They're pretty relaxed, like to hang out and watch something in the evenings, have friends over every now and then, and throw the odd drinks or dinner party (they always check in first).

We’re looking for someone nice, respectful, clean and around our age.
