Sadly (for me) my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I am looking for someone to fill a lovely double room with ensuite in an amazing location.

About the flat
Located in an old glass factory with security, plenty of natural light and lovely high ceilings. It is a 2 bed 2 bath flat with a open plan shared kitchen / living area. The lease has been renewed for another year and you would need to pay half the name change fee for the lease also. Bills can vary between 150-200 a month. There is a cleaner who comes fortnightly and cost of £51 is shared.

About the area
In a quiet street of De Beauvoir close to all the amazing things the area has to offer. Amazing cafes / pubs / wine bars / restaurants are a short walk away - you'll be spoilt for choice. There are plenty of bus stops within 5mins walk of the house, and highbury & islington overground is 20min walk away.

About you (sorry no couples)
Looking for someone ideally in their mid 30s tidy and respectful, who has their own thing going on in London, but is also happy to hang out together at home or at one of the pubs/cafes around our flat. Prefer someone who does not WFH everyday of the week.

About me
I'm an Architect who works near Old Street and have been living in London for six years. During the week i am working in the studio, out on site and occasionally at events after work. On the weekend i like country walks, travel, going to the pub / new restaurants and catching up on trashy tele.
