Hi everyone,

We are looking for a flatmate to fill our room with 2 others in a 3 bed flat in Haggerston.

We would like a friendly, easy going housemate, up for a chat and the odd film night but also happy to do your own thing. Clean and considerate is a must too! We both work in education - you would have the flat to yourself 5 days of the week! Living as a three feels really easy and we’re very open about people having friends over and people to stay. We keep it fairly chilled in the weekday evening as we’re all working.

Location:
The flat is in a fantastic location- only a 7 minute walk from Haggerston station and about 20 minutes on the overground to Highbury & Islington. The area has everything you need! Tesco’s is a 5 min walk away, Lidl 10 mins, as well as some great corner shops close by too! We are near some brilliant pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants on Kingsland Road, and a 5 minute walk away from Regents Canal where you can walk towards Victoria Park and Broadway /Columbia Road Flower Market.

The Flat:
We have a big open plan living room and kitchen. The space is light and bright due two two large windows with great views looking out onto the lovely De Beauvoir area. There is ample storage space (storage and furniture came with the flat) that you are welcome to use in the living space and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen too and in fridge/freezer. The flat is also very soundproof- we can hardly hear our neighbours! The area is quiet and we’ve never had any trouble

Room- £1050 per month. A bright double with one window, furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed, shelving on wall. There is also loads of space for storage under the bed. Ensuite (shower and toilet) in bedroom.

Bills: Approx £100 a month. Wifi excellent and space to WFH in shared space.

The agency has allowed us to put the rooms up on spareroom, but you must make sure you have a right to rent in the UK and your income is 2.5x your share of the rent.
