Initial 6 months sublet in de Beauvoir/Dalston

I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in de Beauvoir/Dalston for at least 6 months. This will be a sublet from mid March until 14th Sep. After this date it’s likely there would be the option to sign onto the contract for a year - my two house mates are planning to move out so you’d have to find others to move in if you’d like to stay on!

Rent is £732 a month and bills come to around £140. Bills include council tax, wifi, gas, electric and a cleaner - the cleaner comes every fortnight to clean the communal areas.

The house is beautiful and the room overlooks a garden centre - very pretty in the summer. There's a large sitting room with amazing natural light, big windows and a very comfy sofa, as well as a dining table which folds out to fit six people quite comfortably. The kitchen is quite small, but perfectly fine to use - it's a galley shape and contains a gas hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over a bath, a toilet and a sink - it's also quite spacious.

The current housemates are both women in their mid 20s who are very lovely, tidy and respectful of others' space. I’m keen to find someone who would get along with them both so please message me a bit about yourself if you’re interested!
