Double room (your room)

We have a double room available in a beautiful large Georgian house called Mulberry House. The house is set back on Essex Road - the space is HUGE - you need to view it to get a real feel for the size. There is a big communal living room, a large garden with a BBQ and a balcony on the second floor.

The room:
Good-sized double room on the 2nd floor. It's a cozy, light and airy room with roomy built-in wardrobes, 2 large slash windows and space for a desk or yoga etc. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and overlooks the garden and a quiet residential street.

Bathroom:
The room available is situated on the 2nd floor, so you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. The bathroom is lovely - it even has a working sauna!

Location:
6 minute walk from Canonbury overground, 15 minute walk to both Highbury & Islington and Angel tube stations (or 5-10 minute bus ride). There is a bus stop literally just outside the house so can get to central London in 20 minutes.

When:
Early May - exact date tbc but likely mid-April to early May

The house:
1st floor has a HUGE lounge, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, work space and garden (& garden shed). 2nd & 3rd floors have the bedrooms (1 has an ensuite), 2 shared bathrooms and the balcony.

Us:
4 professionals (aged 28-30, from Australia, England, Canada and the USA) who love socialising around the house , going out for food and drinks and hosting the occasional party. We hold our home & each other in high regard, keeping it clean, kind and relaxed.

The contract
12-month contract with ability to break as a house for a fee

Bills are approx. £150-200 per person each month (not included in room price)
