Large double room in spacious De Beauvoir flat

My housemate is sadly moving out of London and so I'm looking for someone to take his spot in our lovely flat in De Beauvoir Town :)

The room is pretty large and airy, and comes fully-furnished with a desk, bed and side table. There are two separate storage rooms, one of which you would be able to use solely for your clothing/stuff if you wanted to.

The apartment is on the top floor, has a lovely view from the balcony and is quite spacious. It has a lot of natural light, and there's a shared bathroom (bath/shower combo) and living room.

We also already have all the basic household items you'll typically need like a washer (no drier), drying racks, fully stocked kitchen, cleaning stuff, modern comfy furniture and quite a bit of additional storage space too.

The flat is situated in De Beauvoir Town just a stone's throw away from the De Beauvoir Deli, Haggerston station, Shoreditch Park and the De Beauvoir arms. It's calm and quiet, but also very close to some great parks, pubs and restaurants :)

I'd love to find another woman of similar age and habits to share this space with. I'm ideally looking for someone who is fairly quiet and considerate at home, who can respect the space and likes a calmer kind of energy. Happy to share a glass of wine or two on occasion, but if you're a big night owl or party animal it might not be the best fit :)

Bills (incl council tax) are around £100 each per month (so £200 total). The flat is a 2 min walk from the closest bus stop and a 10 min walk to Haggerston station. There is also space to store your bike in the building hallway.

A bit about me:
I'm 31, single, female, originally from South Africa and been living in London for 4 years. I work in big tech as a data scientist, and on the weekends spend my time running, doing yoga, watercolour painting, reading, going out with friends and going to shows/gigs/galleries. I work from home 2-3 times a week, and am out quite a bit on weekends but tend to chill at home more during the week.
