Double Room with En Suite - N1

Hello!

A large double room with en suite is available.

THE ROOM

It's a large double with loads of cupboard space and a small patio out the front. The en suite is big with brilliant water pressure.

THE FLAT

The back patio is awesome.
The kitchen is fantastic - can accommodate plenty of cooking.
The kitchen is the main social space, but there is also a living area for chilling or watching flicks - which we do on the projector.

THE AREA

The nearest station is Haggerston, but we're pretty close to Dalston too. De Beauvoir is super quiet but is close enough to plenty of cafes.

ME

I'm a pretty chill chap. I like living in a relaxed and easy going space. Australian, but I've been in London since 2015 and part of the hood now.

I work in marketing and spend most days at the office. I also travel quite a bit so I'm not always around.

I'm still in London for the fun. And the flat is no stranger to dinner parties and casual drinks on occasion.

Interests.. sport, music, gigs, festivals, theatre, business

YOU

You'll be fairly relaxed, social, happy to chat, and happy for Friday beers at the local.

The room and flat is pretty big so suitable for couples.

BILLS

We split the gas and electric by the number of people in the flat (usually around £80/mth total).
I pay for all the other bills, and a cleaner.
