Sunny double room in De Beauvoir!

I’m moving out of this beautiful flat and my flatmate and I are looking for someone new to fill the room.

About the room:
It’s a double bedroom with a big window/ door perfect for the summer☀️ The room itself comes with a double bed/ mattress. The room has enough space to fit a desk so perfect if you work from home. Chloe (the flatmate) does a hybrid but mainly works at the office and it would be great to find someone with a similar schedule.

The flat:
The flat is on the 5th floor of a modern building with a concierge (great for deliveries!). There is also a gym that you can use any time you like! The living room/ kitchen is open plan and it feels super airy/spacious. We also have a HUGE balcony that’s perfect for summer drinkies. There’s one bathroom between the 2 of you.

The area:
I’ve absolutely loved living in De Beauvoir. It’s really well connected and has the cutest cafes/ shops around. You’ll be about a 15 min bus from Old Street or a beautiful 25 minute walk on the canal from Angel. It’s such a great area and I’m so sad to be leaving it.

The flatmate:
Chloe and I met on Spareroom but have become really good friends. We’d love to be able to find someone who will keep this dynamic going. We keep the flat clean and it’s very much a clean as you go sort of house. Chloe would be open to getting a cleaner if that’s what you prefer.

Bills aren’t included in this price and very much depend on usage etc.

Deposit comes to £1644.23 but spareroom won’t let me put that for some reason. The move in date could be earlier if needed!

No couples/ no pets/ no smokers please.
