Double bedroom in De Beauvoir Town

We have a bright double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat in the heart of De Beauvoir Town, just off Kingsland Road. Our nearest overground station is Haggerston about 5-10 minutes walk away. 

The bedroom is east facing and gets a lot of sun in the morning, and the view from the window is looking out into our downstairs neighbour's garden so its a peaceful room without noise from the street. The room has a built-in closet + shelves, and the room comes unfurnished though the previous flatmate will be selling the bed frame and chest of drawers for £100.

Our shared space is the spacious kitchen which we also use as a dining room, and the house has a spare box room we currently use for storage and for hanging clothes to dry.

The flat is located in a very picturesque part of East London. Its also very quiet although its right in the middle of all the bars, restaurants, pub’s and cafe’s in Dalston, Haggerston, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Islington, and we have the lovely De Beauvoir Square rose garden at the very end of the street, less than a minute's walk from our doorstep.

We are also close to Regent's Canal by which you can walk to Angel in one direction and Victoria Park in the other. Both around 20 minutes walk along the canal.

After many years of living together our third flatmate is moving out because she has found her own place, and we are keen to find the right match to join us in the flat.

We are looking for someone respectful and easy-going. We are both calm and homey people and we would like to find someone who shares the same energy.

You will be living with Amal and Sofie, two women in their late 30s working in graphic design and animation.

The monthly bills come to around £150/month pr person (internet, gas, electricity, council tax band E).
