I have a double bedroom to rent on the 2nd floor of a beautiful new build 2-bed flat in de Beauvoir. Located a 3-minute walk from Dalston Junction so pretty easy to get anywhere, great bars, restaurants, cafes, green spaces etc. Flat is south facing so pretty bright!

It's a furnished double room overlooking a quiet residential street. New bed and wardrobe, freshly painted all within last 6 months. Room is 4m x 2.9m, so enough space for a desk etc.

The flat has a large living area, a kitchen with the usual integrated appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, freezer). Fully stocked kitchen so no need to bring too many kitchen appliances etc. Lots of room for storage. Fully furnished living room with dining table. My room has an en-suite so I rarely use the other bathroom, so it’s pretty much yours plus any guests will use it too.

ME: (super cool guy)
I’ll be a live in landlord, got the place 8 months ago so all the furniture/paint is pretty new. I’m usually out and about at work/gym/galleries/bars etc like literally every other 28 year old in this city, pretty sporty and enjoy cooking. Work in banking and usually only wfh once a week.
