SHORT TERM sublet De Beauvoir on the canal

Hi there!

I am subletting the second room in this lovely modern flat right on the canal short-term for a few months (flexible) from July.

The flat has floor to ceiling windows with juliet balconies overlooking the water in the living room, so it has a really nice view and is also quiet.

The room has a small double bed and comes with a clothing rack (there is no closet) but lots of storage in the flat. You are welcome to get a desk if you like. There are also a few shelves in the wall and a small ladder bookcase.

My current flatmate is moving out early July, likely around the 4-6th. Then it would be a short-term lease until mid/end September (flexible on end dates)

There is a main bathroom that is very large and modern with a bathtub. This is the main bathroom but would be yours to use, as I use the other one.

The rent is 1350 without bills.

About me: I'm American, 34, and work in energy markets in the City. I work from the office 2-3 days a week. I'm from near NYC and used to live in Paris for many years and also lived in Russia and Austria. I speak French and Russian and am learning Spanish.

I'm looking for someone who would be down for a chat after work and who wouldn't mind hosting occasional dinner parties but also keeps the place very clean and quiet. During the week, I'm either out socializing, doing improv, or rock climbing, sometimes dancing.
