Hi all, Chris here.
Our lovely housemate is returning home to nz and leaving us with a spare room in our de Beauvoir house.
The house is a large townhouse a stones throw from Dalston junction, just off the cycle super highway. We have lots of space which is amazing and so bloody rare these days in London!
We have 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and dining room/ home office and a huge garden which is amazing for summer. Most bills are included in the rent apart from water bills twice a year, and I think we are council tax band e.
We are ideally looking for someone late 30s early forties to match the vibe of the rest of the house. But as always it’s more important who you are than how old!
We are relatively boring during the week and socialise more on weekends.
No tories/terfs/homophobes/bankers or finance bros, sorry not sorry.
