Spacious double in sunny De Beauvoir flat

hi everyone! my flatmates matt (26 male in architecture), kieran (26 male in film) and i (27 female in sustainability) are looking a new flatmate to join us in our beautiful de beauvoir flat with a south facing patio.

details about the flat:
- 4 bed 2 story
- room comes partly furnished with a bed and wardrobe (more could be negotiated with current flatmate)
- bills not included but in summer it’s around £80-120 and winter £150-190 depending on our usage
- lease takeover from end of feb/early march (previous flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend)
- landlord is extremely chill we love him

the location can’t be better:
- 10 min walk to dalston junction overground
- 15 min walk to dalston kingsland overground
- 15 min walk to canonbury overground
- 30 min walk to angel or stoke newington
- buses to central and more north right outside our flat
- close to de beauvoir wholefoods, testco, sainsburys and 15 min to aldi and m&s

we’re looking for someone who’s easy going and friendly. someone who’d be up for throwing a dinner party or house party here and there every few months but also clean up after themselves and respect personal space. we all have our own lives so during the week we like to keep things relatively chill but have become really good friends and hang out outside our flat frequently. we love socialising/going to pubs, cooking, checking out exhibitions, going on city and nature walks together!
