Bedroom dimensions are 3.10m x 3.05m (approx. 10.17 ft x 10 ft). Room comes with its own bathroom (not en suite, but right next to bedroom). Bedroom comes with a desk and wardrobe.
Would consider a lower price for a flatmate who only needs a room during the week (Monday - Friday).
