Big room with double bed right next to canal

Hello! I am moving out and looking for someone to take my room. It is a nice flat located on the ground floor literally a few metres from the canal in De Beauvoir. Hoxton Street and Dalston are just round the corner with Highbury&Islington, Old Street and Haggertson overground all walking distance. There is a tesco just round the corner as well as a Lidl in walking distance + a bus station about 100 metres away.

The area is safe, well-lit and has loads of nice pubs, venues and other things to enjoy nearby. Shoreditch park is just a few minute walk if you get bored of the canal! The vibe of the flat is sociable- we eat together and occasionally go to the cinema or hang out together.

There are two other people in the flat who are looking for someone tidy, respectful but also sociable! The other two people are:

Ilja (26) is an actor and works in a jewellery workshop and at a theatre/music venue. He’s tidy and easy going and likes reading, movies, playing guitar and football

Imogen (29) is a cinema manager & trainee psychotherapist. She loves movies, music and cooking, and is looking for a likeminded and friendly flatmate

The room is very large with a nice double bed and comes fully furnished with a desk, drawers, clothes storage, lamp, armchair etc. There is also a nice balcony accessible from the room that gets plenty of sunshine in the day. There is one bathroom with shower, one toilet and kitchen. There is also a washing machine. In the winter bills work out roughly 130 a month but it is much less in summer. The landlord is also very efficient and quick to sort issues if anything goes wrong. Rent 775 a month is also good value considering the central location. Council tax band B
