De Beauvoir - Room Available

Room in De Beauvoir N1 – Available from 14th March

We’ve got a room coming up in our de Beauvoir house from 14th March.

It’s the downstairs bedroom in a four-bed place, so it’s got a bit of separation from the rest of the house. The room is very large so a good amount of space to set it up how you like and make it feel like your own.

There’s also a decent outdoor area which is great in summer – we use it for dinners outside, a few drinks, or just chilling after work. The street’s quiet and safe, but you’re still close to Dalston, parks, pubs and good transport links.

You’d be living with four other Aussies:
Steve (32) – engineer
Sean (28) – pricing analyst
Eilish (30) – dietitian
Alex (31) – park ranger

Eilish and Alex are a couple and have the en-suite, so you’d be sharing the main bathroom with two others.

The vibe of the house is social but balanced – we hang out, cook together and have friends round sometimes, but everyone also has their own routines and space.

Rent is £1125 pcm.
Bills are roughly £70 pcm (varies slightly depending on usage).
Bond is £1290.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy and keen to be part of a friendly house.

Females only to keep the balance in the house. No couples sorry.
