We are sociable and respectful of personal space, and enjoy travel, reality TV and making the most of life in London. We like to host friends for the occasional drink or dinner party, but we are not a party household.

About you:

We are looking for a female professional between the ages of 28-35. You are friendly, tidy and considerate, enjoy a chat over a coffee or wine, but you like your own space and are keen to create a peaceful home environment.

Rent is £1,580 per calendar month. Household bills (council tax, utilities and a fortnightly cleaner) are split equally and work out to be about £180 per month.

The room:

The room available is the main bedroom, with an ensuite on the second floor of the flat. It is bright and sunny, with a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double bed, side tables and a wall mirror. It also has a big built in wardrobe. There is space for a desk and a chest of drawers.

The Flat 🏠

The house is a renovated and furnished three bedroom townhouse with lots of light on a quiet and leafy neighbourhood street. The kitchen and main living space is a great open floor plan. The two other tenants share a bathroom at the top of the flat.

The flat is a short walk from the De Beauvoir Arms and Deli, and amenities on Essex Road. It is well connected by buses and is a 15/20 min walk from Highbury & Islington, Angel and Canonbury stations. It’s also a quick Lime bike ride to London Fields or Shoreditch.
