Flat located 5 mins walk away from Canonbury Overground and 15 min walk away Angel station! Located on Essex Road, right by De Beauvouir town.

Easy access to London Fields, Hackney and Central.

The room available is my current room, I am signed on the tenany agreement until October of this year so you would be asked to take over the remaining tenancy agreement, with the opportunity to stay on once it comes to an end.

The landlords are very friendly and supportive, they own the Sutton and Sons fish and chip shop downstairs and recently bought the whole building.

Only downside to be mindful of is that there is a lot of noise pollution from outside, the windows are single glazed so don't block out any noise (or wind) at all, I have gotten used to it so can sleep perfectly fine but there are days when it gets a bit annoying.

Bills are around £120 each a month, if I remember correctly this should be quite a bit less during summer when the heating isn't on.

It has a double bed, large wardrobe, and fireplace area, plenty of storage space and is very cosy, plenty of floor space.

I usually share the downstairs bathroom with two other flatmates, but there is also a smaller bathroom/shower right outside the room upstairs which you can discuss sharing as well. with the kitchen and living room shared between the house. We usually take turns to clean the bathroom/living areas/corridors when they need a deep clean but will otherwise clean up after ourselves to make sure that there's no buildup of mess around the house.
