Gorgeous and Bright De Beauvoir Canal Flat

One cosy room has become available in a modern spacious top floor apartment right on the canal in De Beauvoir Town.

The room itself is cosy and comes with a small double bed and loads of storage; wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside table. The bedroom has a lovely door that opens straight onto our amazingly large balcony, perfect for the warmer evenings that will be upon us soon!

The kitchen and living room is super spacious and lets in so much light. You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other flatmate so no queues for the shower!

You'll be living with two wonderful ladies in their 30's who work hybrid jobs. Melissa from sunny Australia and Hannah from beautiful New Zealand. Both work partly from home and in the office during the week. They are partial to good wine, watching all the romcoms, having a natter in the evenings and catching up with friends on the weekend.

Looking for a lovely lady who is looking for a chilled and relaxing home. Ideally works a hybrid job and is respectful, clean and tidy

Move in date is Sunday 5th April - however can be fairly flexible if you need to move in earlier or a bit later.

Bills: We barely put on the heating as the flat itself is super warm throughout the year. So bills usually are around 100 - 150 a month which includes; gas & electric, council tax, internet and water
