Friendly De Beauvoir Houseshare

3 friendly thirty-somethings looking for a new housemate in De Beauvoir.
We share a beautiful 4 bed, 2 bathroom house on a quiet road, with a big back garden, bike storage and lots of space.
The free room is a spacious double with lots of light, partially furnished, with a double bed. This room is on the first floor, next to a big bathroom, which is shared is with one other housemate.
We have a kitchen/dining/living room which is dual aspect, catching sunlight all day long.
We love our house and want it to be a warm and welcoming space. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, and we keep on top of tidiness in between. Most evenings there’s at least one of us home, keeping up to date with our TV show commitments and with each other.

The current housemates are:
Reece, 31, Irish, our longest standing resident. Data and AI specialist, and marathon extraordinaire.
Ivan, 34, London born and bred. Coffee roaster, keen crossword fan and expert in BBC quiz shows.
And me, Emma, 33, Irish. Doctor, reader, swimmer, eater, music fan.

Please let us know a little about yourself and what you’re looking for in a new home. We would like a girl ideally, to keep the household hormones in balance, but open to considering all to find the right fit. We would prefer if our new housemate was working out of the house.
