The flat

Set within a converted factory, quiet and well laid-out with high-spec finishes. Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, with bi-fold doors onto a private terrace. The bedrooms (both with modern en-suites) sit on opposite sides, plus a separate WC and utility, so it’s easy to have your own space. Your bedroom is currently semi-furnished but open for personalising.

The area

Just down from the De Beauvoir Deli and Arms, with the canal, Angel, Broadway Market and Shoreditch a short stroll. Quick walk to Haggerston, Essex Rd and Dalston stations.

About me

I work in television and travel fairly often for work. Originally from Australia, I’ve been here for 10+ years and love this part of town. When I’m around, I’m usually with friends, at a gig or with coffee nearby. I’m looking for someone considerate, ideally at a similar stage of life and - as I’ll only just have moved in too - keen to make the space their own.
