Hi! Room available in a gorgeous house located in the heart of Dalston, at De Beauvoir Town with garden and terrace.

As my visa to stay in the UK is about to finish, i am about to leave London and looking for someone to replace me in my beautiful room. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years, and can confidently say it is a lovely place to stay.

Move-in is flexible — ideally the beginning/mid May. Bills are around 100.

*House & Location:*
House location is incredible — 5 min from Dalston Junction (8 min from Dalston Kingsland) but the street is a sweet spot and is very calm and clean. Great if you like good morning coffee and nice food experiences, there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants right around the corner. The neighbours are also super friendly and connections to the city are great, also a huge lime bike parking spot on the road which I use a lot. There is a corner shop down the road and a large Sainsbury and M&S on the highstreet which are very convenient and fast to get to.

This house has is well equipped with a large living room with a TV (xbox, wii, netflix, amazon prime, mubi) and a record player. Two bathrooms (with showers) spacious kitchen with skylight, big garden (with hammock) and a rooftop terrace.

*The Room:*
The room itself is located on the ground floor which is very convenient. It features high-ceilings, fireplace, built-in shelves and a rail. The full-length window leads to the garden and is a such a lovely detail, especially during the hot season.

The room comes unfurnished, but i am happy to leave the needed furniture (can be discussed).

*The flatmates & what we are looking for*
The house is shared with 4 other people in their mid–late 20s with a range of jobs and interests. Everyone is super friendly and respectful with a balance of hanging out together (movie nights, pub/bar trips, board games etc) as well as alone-time. Since the house is so large (3 floors) it never feels crowded and allows plenty of personal space. Looking for someone who is considerate, fun and up for being friends with their flatmates not just live alongside each other.

Overall, i loved my time living here and would’ve definitely stayed longer, if i could.

In-person and video viewings are encouraged, you are more then welcome to text me if you have any questions!
