Double room in 2 floor flat De Beauvoir

Room will be available in our flat from June 6th. Flatmate is sadly moving back to NZ.

Looking for male housemate as you will be sharing a large bathroom with the other male housemate.

About us:

- 1 British female who has an en-suite, works in Shoreditch in recruitment and is in the office 2-3 days a week.
- 1 Irish male who you will be sharing a bathroom with and works 5 days a week as a developer in Shoreditch.

Rent is £900 per month and bills on top.

Council tax £80
Wifi £10
Electricity £65
Water £25pm (is paid every 3-5 months with a lump sum)

Please note that the room is fully furnished, however the room doesn’t have a window. There isn’t any mold issues and as our bedrooms are downstairs, which is slightly basement level, it is cool.

We like to go to the pub for afterwork drinks, gym, watch tv and sports together.

Looking for someone who follows a similar hybrid working pattern, is interested in a long term tenancy and has similar interests.
