Beautiful Bedroom in De Beauvoir Townhouse

Our lovely housemate is sadly leaving our house in De Beauvoir Road in early December (date tbc) so we are looking for a new like-minded person to share our beautiful home. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 storey Victorian townhouse with a lovely garden which gets the sun all day. There is a large lounge with original stripped floors, chandeliers and two fireplaces where we like to chill in the evening. We have a big eat-in kitchen with a double stove and large wooden table around which we like to host house nights in (fondue nights have been very popular!) or dinner parties with friends. We also have a cellar for extra storage area and an area where you can store your bike if you are a peddler!

The room available is a double bedroom, at the back of the house facing East into our garden, with neutral decor, a high ceiling and sash windows.

The room came with a couple of pieces of basic furniture which belong to the house, but bed, chest of drawers and desk are owned by the flatmate that is moving out. She's happy to negotiate leaving them back or taking them out, so we're flexible on that.

We all have our independent lives but do love to get together for drinks and dinner at home or visit one of the great local pubs around De Beauvoir and Dalston. We are looking for a professional housemate who is sociable and friendly but is also happy just to chill out at home.
