We have a large double room available in a modern flat in a gated off complex right by the canal. The flat has wooden floors in the communal areas and carpets in the bedroom. There is a two toilets, one bath/shower and it is equiped with a washing machine and internet provided.
We keep the house clean and tidy and the tenant would have the same attitude.
