I have a spare room to rent in a lovely and very large and bright Dalston apartment.

The bedroom available is a great size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, mirror and a wall to ceiling cupboard. There is lots of space for a desk or you’re welcome to work in the lounge room.

Plus, you will have your own bathroom!

The apartment is generously spacious with lots of natural light, complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright kitchen (with dishwasher), living and dining room area.

The apartment is well located between Angel, Shoreditch and Old Street, is a two minute walk from Dalston Junction Station and further bus connections are really good.

About me - early thirties female professional working in finance. I am originally from Australia, quite laid back, tidy, like to keep fit and enjoy an oat latte on a Saturday morning. Going forwards I will be working from home two days a week and in the office three days.

I am keen to live with someone around the same age who is relatively chilled out and reliable like myself, enjoys a good Netflix sesh and is clean and tidy in the communal areas.

• Rent: £870 per month (inclusive of bills – fortnightly cleaner, gas, electricity, council tax and WIFI). Couples is £1150 per month
