The flat is a refurbished 3-bedroom located on the edge of De Beauvoir Town. The area is quiet and residential but is close to local parks, independent pubs, coffee shops and markets, with Hoxton Street Market open 6 days a week only a 10-15mins walk away.

The flat is in great location in Zone 1 with Old Street, Angel, Shoreditch and Dalston all within a 20 min walk

There are excellent transport links with buses every 4-5 minutes. 141, 76 and 21 provide connections to Old Street (13 mins) and Dalston (8mins). The closest Underground Station is Old Street with Haggerston Overground also being only 10 mins walk.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed (including under bed storage), a built in wardrobe with an additional large free standing wardrobe and built in desk. The flat itself has a living room with a couch, TV and dining table; a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom; an additional toilet; and a large balcony.

You'll be sharing the flat with myself, Anil. I'm an Architect working for a firm based in South London and One who works in Advertising / PR. We are pretty active and take part in some sports/fitness activities during the week. We're friendly easy going people, who like to chat during the evenings, enjoy watching tv series and sometimes go out for a drink or bite to eat together.

We're looking for an easy-going, clean, respectful working professional - looking for a place to call home. The flat is really nice and refurbished which makes it such a nice place to come home to at the end of the day so it's really important to us that whoever moves in is looking for a similar laid-back, grown up environment.

Rent for a single person would be £750/month excluding bills.
