Hi.

This room is for someone who goes into their place of work (not WFH).

The room is in a quiet, spacious house where I am the only other occupier.

Your room is on the first floor, facing the back garden. It has a single bed, bureau desk, bookcase, cupboard with hanging space, armchair.

You have shared use of bathroom, large kitchen/open plan living room and lovely deck/garden.

If you cycle (like me) you can store your bike securely in the covered side passage.

The rent includes all bills and fibre broadband.

It's a 10-15 minutes walk to several zone 2 rail stations: East Dulwich, North Dulwich and Denmark Hill, providing direct services to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras. There are numerous buses with 5 minutes walk.

Local amenities: A late night mini-mart is round the corner. 10-12 minutes away are a big Sainsbury's, 2 gyms, and Lordship Lane with numerous pubs/cafes and a Picturehouse cinema.

Ruskin Park is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute jog.
