Double room in spacious, friendly house w/ garden

Hi all, I’ll be moving out soon to settle elsewhere in the country. I am leaving behind my room in a friendly house-share which has served me very well during my three years here. Some details about the house below:

The House: A 4-bedroom house with spacious living quarters, including a large living/ dining room, large kitchen and garden. The bedroom offered is a double room, with bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and mirror included. There is a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom.

Location: The house is situated between five railway stations: Herne Hill, Denmark Hill, East Dulwich, North Dulwich and Loughborough Junction. All under a 15-minute walk away. Brixton tube station is a 25-minute walk or short bus journey away. As such, we have great access to the city from our home. There is a large Sainsbury's within a 10-minute walk and a really convenient shop across the road.

Housemates: You will be living with Molly, Alice and Gareth who are all professionals working in different industries (marketing, charity and healthcare). Two of the tenants have been renting this property for over two years, so we are looking for somebody who wants to be here for a little while. We are a sociable house-share and enjoy watching films, eating out, BBQs and hanging out together. We are looking for somebody who is sociable and happy to join in.

The monthly rent is £550 excluding bills, the security deposit is £692 and a £50 admin fee is required by the estate agents. Unfortunately, due to the landlord's insurance, we are unable to offer this room to students.
