Light and spacious flat in Denmark Hill

We are a couple searching for a flatmate for our light and spacious flat in Camberwell / Denmark Hill.

The available bedroom has a double bed with a large window overlooking our neighbours' gardens. You will have your own large bathroom with a bathtub.

The shared living room is large, and the skylights in the high ceiling allow a lot of natural sunlight in. The kitchen also has a good amount of space, and features a large pantry cupboard. There’s a gas hob and a small dining table, as well as a door leading to the top of our neighbour’s stairwell – which is a nice place to soak up the sun in the summer.

Bills (including council tax, water, gas, electricity, tv license etc.) are usually around £130 per person per month.

Just to be upfront, due to the structure of the flat, the wifi is not the strongest in the bedroom when the doors are closed, you could get a wifi extender to help with the signal. The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside dresser.

There is space at the kitchen table for you to work at if you decide not to get a desk for the room. This might not be suitable for someone who requires anything more than a laptop for wfh though (double screens etc).

About us:

We’re a friendly couple looking for someone we vibe well with. Nick is from Cambridge, and Desiree is from Singapore. We’re both professionals, with one of us working in Communications, and the other working in Fashion. Some of our hobbies include food (cooking and eating), film, reading, design, art, cycling, running, exploring London with friends etc.

Ideally, we’d want someone (relatively) sociable, clean, open-minded and friendly. We're both in the office 2 days a week and wfh rest of the days.
