Hi there! We are looking for a new female housemates to come into our slice of South London Paradise.

1 of our current group is moving out, leaving us with a gap to fill.

There are 8 of us when all rooms are full, with a huge shared kitchen, big modern bathrooms, and a lovely back garden perfect for BBQ's and sunbathing.

We also have a sheltered patio out back, meaning we can hang outside all year round.

We are advertising 1 very large ground floor room at £1095 PCM. The rents include all bills which includes WIFI and a cleaner who comes twice a week.

The house has everything, whether you want a quiet evening to yourself or something louder and larger, the size of this place means both are always possible.

Current housemates all get on really well, each with busy social lives of their own but also finding time to do things together and bond with the rest of the house.

Any new addition will be looked after; we will make a point of getting to know you over drinks or dinner! We want to find someone who will love this house as much as the rest of us.
