The flat is 5 mins from Ruskin park, which has tennis courts, gardens and a brand new community sauna. Walking distance to Brockwell Park and Herne Hill with pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and a local market plus the lido. East Dulwich and Dulwich Park are also walking distance.

Denmark Hill station is an 8 minute walk with direct trains to London Victoria, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction, and St Pancras as well as the Windrush Line which connects the area to East London and Canary Wharf.

She has a gorgeous, incredibly friendly rescue cat called Willow. Interests include theatre, films, hiking, yoga, plants, long chats about literature and philosophy. LGBTQ+ household.

**Seeking**
Professionals preferred, but students considered. Looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate who would like to make this their home. Must like cats! Pets are allowed, Willow can live with other cats, but she can't live with dogs I'm afraid.
