I am sadly leaving and looking to find a new flatmate to replace me!

The room itself is big, bright and cosy and will remain fully furnished. The flat is spacious, with a large living room, kitchen and balcony.

Flat is located 10 minute walk from Denmark Hill, 15 minute walk from Herne Hill and 20 minute walk to Brixton. Surrounded by nearby parks (Brockwell Park, Ruskin Park and Dulwich park) so perfect for impending summer days! Also many amenities, like supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes in nearby Camberwell, Herne Hill and Dulwich.

Housemates are super friendly working professionals on a Monday-Friday schedule and would like new housemate to work similiarly (no WFH if possible). We enjoy a drink and catch up together but equally respect each others privacy.

Rent is 800.00 and bills come to approx 90 - both are paid monthly to housemate A (she's lived here for a very long time!) who takes care of bills and rent to landlord.

Deposit is 800.00 paid directly to landlord, who will also request copy of ID/passport and proof of employment.
