Double Room In Spacious Camberwell Flat 2 month

Hello potential future flatmate!

One of our current flatmates has bought a house and is moving out, and we're on the lookout for a new roommate to join our welcoming first-floor 4-bedroom flat in South Camberwell. Our flat features an open kitchen/dining area, an attic living room, and two bathrooms with showers. The flat is a 10-minute walk from East Dulwich or Denmark hill overground stations.

You'll be joining myself (Consultant - WFH), Nick (Gardener), and Adam (Bar Manager) [27-28 years old]. Our work keeps us busy yet balanced during the week. We're all interested in music and socialising. We’re quite outgoing, we enjoy exploring London and spending quality time with friends.

While we have our own friends, however, we are also looking for a friend to fit into our flat, all while respecting each other's need for downtime. We want the flat to be a comfortable and welcoming space.

Me and Nick will also be moving out on the 19th June when our contact end and would like to find a place so there is the option for the right person of finding a 3 bed with us flat after the 2 months.

This will be a sublet for 2 months as our contract ends on the 19th Of June.
