Large sunny double room with en-suite in a spacious four bedroom house. The house is on a lovely quiet road in Peckham/Camberwell close to Denmark Hill & Peckham Rye station.

There’s a large living room, modern open plan kitchen that looks out on to the garden. There’s also off-street private parking available.

The house currently consists of one male and two females who work in design and education. We're a creative and active bunch of late 30's early 40's, who enjoy cycling, music, galleries and all the usual fun stuff.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who already has their own social life in London but will be up for joining in with the house for the occasional film night, house dinner or glass of wine. We are lucky to live in an incredible house and are looking for someone pro-active who'll be able to appreciate it with us.

Rent is £735 + bills (approx £120 a month). This includes gas, electric, council, water, and broadband.
