Quirky loft room with huge window

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a new housemate to move in to my place in New Cross. I'm keen to meet people in person rather than a video call- sorry!

It's a double room in the loft conversion. There's a clothes rail, large chest of drawers, and a double bed with storage drawers underneath. There's also some storage space in the cubbyhole under the eaves, a built-in desk and chair.

The best thing about the room is the huge window which opens out to form a mini-balcony- you can see in the pics. The room is on the top floor of the house and is very quiet and private - but does involve going up a lot of stairs.

I will be renting out a second room in the house soonish, and you'll share the bathroom with that other person - hopefully you can help me interview people :). There's also a shared living room, a downstairs loo, a sit-in kitchen, and a large garden with a bike shed and table and chairs.

The location is really great. We're on a very quiet road with hardly any traffic, and only 5-10 minutes' walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. Deptford high street is a 15 minute walk away and full of fun cafes, bars and restaurants.

I also have two very handsome cats who want all the cuddles and will totally boss you - so cat lovers particularly welcome.

I'm looking for all the normal stuff in a housemate: someone who's clean and tidy, friendly but equally happy doing their own thing and is respectful of personal space. Would prefer someone who is a professional like me, and looking for a long term based in London rather than just passing through.
