Lovely Double room on Deptford High St

Hey lovely people, our flatmate is sadly leaving us so we're looking for someone to take over his room.
Officially the move in date is the 13th March but if you need you can probably move in sooner. Rent is £450 and is due on the 13th of the month, bills come to £62 per person and the deposit is £800.

The flat is a two bed top floor flat, above a shop at the top end of the high st. The flat has one bathroom, living room, kitchen and the best feature (in my opinion) a large roof terrace which is wonderful in the summer.

We are 2mins from Deptford train station which takes you straight into London Bridge and 10 mins from both Deptford Bridge DLR and New Cross overground. The high st it's self is lovely with some really nice quirky shops and restaurants.

About us
You'll be sharing with me (Aphra 25) and my boyfriend (Piers 29). We're both creatives with Piers being a videographer and me being a student currently studying Landscape Architecture at Greenwich. We're both very laid back people who enjoy everyone's company. I should also mention that I have a pet frog and a pet snake. Both are very polite and well behaved but I realised that they're not everyone's thing.
