Double room available on Deptford High Street

Hi,

My flatmate is moving out late March/April and I am looking for a new flatmate at our place in the centre of Deptford High Street. You will be sharing with myself, that is Ewan and the flat is a few minutes walk away Deptford station as well as in close walking distance from New Cross & New Cross Gate station. It is a great area to live in with lots of character and fantastic pubs/restaurants/cinemas etc. all very close.

The room itself comes with a double bed, otherwise it will need to be furnished by yourself. There is a nice lounge with a comfortable sofa and dining room & chairs. There is a nice kitchen to cook in and a bath/shower in the bathroom. My current flatmate is sadly taking the TV, but I will be replacing asap.

The total monthly rent for the property is £1850 and we are currently splitting this £1050 by him and £800 by me due to the difference in size of the bedrooms. Bills are around £135 per month each on top of that. That includes council tax, water, energy & internet.

I am happy to socialize but also appreciate people like to be given their space, as do I. I enjoy watching cooking, films/tv, reading, listening to music and going to gigs and going out to the pub and grabbing food.
