Location:
Very well connected - a 2 minute walk to Devons road DLR station (great links to Canary Wharf or Stratford), 10 minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow (Hammersmith and City line and District line) and 15-20 minute walk from Mile end (Central line). It's set in the new merchants walk/lime quarter development which is fully opened this year. There are several good local pubs, shops, coffee shops, a workspace and a cheap gym only 2 minutes walk away.

About me:
I've got a soft drinks company. I work quite flexibly between workspaces, and my office with the odd day from home. I'm typically only around in the evenings, and weekends in and out. I'm relaxed and enjoy good food, movies, netflix series, music, gigs and good company. Looking for a friendly, sociable, relaxed and tidy flatmate. I don't drink alcohol these days. I've got no problem with someone else drinking, but just to temper your expectations.

I'll also consider couples for increased rent of £1,400 pcm (with proportionally larger deposit).
