Double room available in May😊

Hey, I am moving out of this beautiful flat to a place closer to my office so I am looking for someone to replace me and join my flatmate.
The rental period is from May. The current contract lasts until September, but you can choose to renew your contract - the landlord would definitely be open to this as they would need to find one less tenant :)

You will be staying with my best friend & she is a gem! She is friendly and tidy, likes cooking and watching TV shows. If this sounds like your vibe, please reach out!

The room is a bright double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows & a separate balcony, providing lots of natural light. The furniture includes: double bed, 2 bed shelves, bookshelf, large mirrored wardrobe, dresser. The flat also has a separate storage room so there is plenty of storage space.

The flat has one other bedroom which is my flatmate’s room, an airy reception/dining area, a fitted kitchen, and full-length windows providing great natural light to the apartment. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster - basically, everything you need!

Devons Road DLR station is just a 2min walk away which provides easy access to Canary Wharf, the City, Docklands, Spitalfields and Shoreditch. Bromley by Bow Underground station is within a 10-minute walk, allowing for travel further into London and beyond by overground services or by air (from City Airport).

The rent is £1200 plus bills (averaging around £115).
