I have a Large en-suite Double Room available
in a house share in the Isle of Dogs.

currently there are three males living in the house, all professionals aged 25-30.

I’m looking for one housemate to rent this spacious large double room.

The room is fully furnished, all bills are included.

I arrange a cleaner to attend fortnightly to clean the general areas.

About the area

The house is located in the Isle of Dogs E14. It's a four bedroom, lovely townhouse by the river. Wonderful for walks or running.

The house has a lovely garden and large fully equipped kitchen.

Mudchute Park and farm is 10 minute walk, so you'll have a City life with some countryside life in the heart of East London.

Asda superstore is very close by, only a 15 minute walk, or 8 minutes by bus for all your required shopping requirements.

There are local restaurants/pubs/bars located just a short walking distance to the house.

There's a sailing club very near by, if you'd like to try something different.

There's plenty around, once you live in this area you won't want to leave.

The house is well positioned for public transport Mudchute DLR.

The house is a short distance to Canary Wharf. Which is easy to get to either by foot, bike or public transport. It's extremely easy and convenient to get to, which ever way you decide.

Night buses are easily accessible to the house, buses 277 and 135 run all night- so you'll always be able to return home easily.

I'm flexible with short-term rentals.
