My partner and I have a well-maintaine furnished 3 bedroom house to let.
There is also a nice size garden with a BBQ and plenty of greenery, two bathrooms, a shared livingroom and a parking spot if you need.
The location is 7 minutes walk from Custom House station on the DLR (where Excel Conference Centre is located), 15 minutes walk from Canning Town on the Jubilee line and 15 minutes walk from The Crystal where you can get the Emirates Cable car to the O2 and there is wakeboarding and open water swimming at Victoria docks.
We are looking for reliable, friendly, and tidy people who can take care of the place as their own as we will be away working and living in Cornwall with our pets.
It's a quiet neighbourhood so this would not suit party animals.
A cleaner will be coming in every 2 weeks or weekly if you prefer.
